No. Cryovo is software. It ingests CSV exports from the loggers and monitoring systems you already run, or receives data through an API. You keep the hardware you have.
› What counts as an asset?
One monitored unit or storage location — a cold room, a display case, a walk-in freezer, a transport container. The free tier covers one asset so you can see real excursion data before you pay anything.
› Is Cryovo a certification, or legal advice?
Neither, and we will not pretend otherwise. Cryovo produces the records and evidence your auditor asks for. It is not a certification body, and it does not replace legal or compliance advice for your jurisdiction.
› What if an excursion happens at 3am?
Pro sends email alerts as events are detected, and keeps the trace so the event is documented rather than remembered. Enterprise adds multi-site coverage.
› Can I cancel?
Yes — one click, any time, from the billing portal (see our Terms). No lock-in and no retention call.
› Where do F-gas and FSMA 204 fit?
