Partner kit · auditors, associations & vendors

Partner with Cryovo on the records your clients already need

If you audit cold storage, represent an association, supply monitoring equipment or advise facilities on food safety and risk, we can run the 60-day design-partner pilot with a client of yours. We prepare the sample report for the conversation, and commercial terms are agreed case by case.

No commission schedule and no reseller fee to buy into — any commercial arrangement is agreed in writing, case by case.

What this page is for

A partner conversation is a short call about whether the 60-day design-partner pilot is a fit for a client of yours. This page explains who it is for, what the conversation involves, and exactly what is — and is not — on the table.

  • For auditors, associations, monitoring vendors, food-safety consultants and insurers.
  • No commission schedule and no reseller fee: commercial terms are agreed in writing, case by case.
  • The pilot is the same one we offer facilities directly — nothing is re-badged.

New to the terms? Design partner and design-partner pilot are defined in the glossary.

EU F-Gas (EU) 2024/573US AIM Act · 40 CFR 8421 CFR Part 11HACCP temperature records

Regulations these records are built around — record features by plan. Cryovo is not a certifying body.

Who it's for

Five partner conversations we can have

The pilot works best when the partner already trusts the records — and can point to one facility where the paperwork is a chore.

  • Refrigeration & cold-storage auditors

Run the pilot with a client whose temperature records you already review. The audit-trail report gives you the readings behind each excursion — window, duration, worst value and recovery — instead of a summary spreadsheet.

  • Cold-storage associations

Offer members a guided route from paper logbooks and logger exports to a standing record, with a sample report for member briefings and a pilot that starts with one facility.

  • Equipment & monitoring vendors

Your loggers already produce the CSV. Show customers what the data becomes: an excursion trail, out-of-band minutes and an audit-trail PDF generated from their own readings.

  • Food-safety consultants

Add a cold-chain evidence pack to HACCP reviews: the record states the required band, every out-of-band window, how long it lasted and whether it recovered.

  • Insurers & risk engineers

Ask better questions in a risk survey. Documented excursion history — duration, severity and recovery — tells you more than a yes/no answer about temperature monitoring.

What a partner conversation looks like

From an intro call to a pilot with your client

Four steps, no lock-in. You introduce the client and stay in the loop; Cryovo does the setup work.

  1. Step 01

    An intro call

Twenty minutes on the clients you have in mind, the records they keep today and whether a pilot is genuinely a fit. If it is not, we say so and point you somewhere better.

  2. Step 02

A sample report for the conversation

We prepare the sample audit-trail report in advance so you can show a client exactly what they would get. It is generated by the same engine and report generator as the product.

  3. Step 03

    The pilot with your client

The facility applies for the 60-day design-partner pilot. We onboard them, import their first CSV and run the pilot in production. You stay in the loop; the client keeps the records.

  4. Step 04

    Terms, agreed case by case

There is no published commission schedule or reseller fee. Any commercial arrangement is agreed in writing, per conversation, before client work starts.

The pilot

The 60-day design-partner pilot, run with your client

One facility, real readings, a standing record. We do the onboarding and the reporting; the facility keeps the data and the PDFs.

It is the same pilot we offer facilities directly — nothing is re-badged for partners. You can sit in on the onboarding call, and the facility decides at day 60 whether to continue on a plan.

Before the call

Two things worth opening first

What this is — and what it is not

  • Records, not certification

Cryovo is not a certifying body and does not issue certificates. The reports support a facility's own compliance work; confirm requirements with its regulator.

  • No invented partner terms

We publish no commission schedule and no referral fee. If an arrangement makes sense, it is agreed in writing before any client work starts.

  • No borrowed credibility

This page uses no client logos, testimonials or audit claims. The sample report and the brief are the material — judge them on their own.

Start with one client and 60 days.

Send a line about the facilities you work with. We will prepare the sample report for the conversation and take it from there.
