Questions first-time users ask

What file does Cryovo read today?

The monitor accepts a CSV with a header row and two columns: time and value, for example 2026-10-27T14:15:00Z,4.2. Timestamps should be ISO-style and values in °C. If your logger export has extra columns (a common Date,Time,Temperature layout), it is not read yet — export or save the two required columns, or contact us and we will help with the first import.

Why does my report show 0 readings?

The most common causes are the wrong file (for example an XLSX or a semicolon-separated file), a missing header row, or a timestamp that is not ISO-style. Open the file in a text editor: it should start with time,value and each following row should be2026-10-27T14:15:00Z,4.2. If it does not, the monitor cannot read it yet. Your existing saved readings are not deleted by a failed upload attempt.

Do I need to buy sensors or hardware?

No. Cryovo is software that reads the exports from the loggers and monitoring systems you already run. You keep the hardware you have.

Is Cryovo a certification or legal advice?

Neither. Cryovo produces records and evidence your auditor can follow. It is not a certifying body and does not replace your compliance programme, audit or legal advice. Always confirm requirements with your regulator.

What is the difference between the plans?

Free: one asset, CSV import, excursion detection and the PDF record. Facility ($199/month, USD): up to 10 assets, F-gas records and PDF reports. Professional ($449/month, USD): unlimited assets plus tamper-evident e-signatures. Enterprise is a quoted multi-site rollout. See the pricing page for the full comparison.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal (Manage billing in the monitor or account page). The 30-day money-back guarantee is in the Terms; email hello@thermoneural.com within 30 days of the first charge.

How do I export or delete my data?

Your account page has one-click JSON and CSV exports, plus a typed-confirmation account deletion. Open your account — no support ticket needed.

I see an error — what should I do?

Try the action again; if it persists, note the error reference shown on the page and email hello@thermoneural.com. Your saved records are separate from the page that failed.
